It is now time to make your dream a reality at Smoky Mountain Lodge, East Tennessee's premier log cabin lodge located just minutes off of the Pigeon Forge Parkway. If you do not see a package that fits you, we would be more than happy to make adjustments. We also offer lodge rentals without the purchase of a package. Please call for pricing which ranges from $750 to $2,000 per event depending on time of year and day of the week. We offer a covered bridge on site for your ceremony, the lodge for your ceremony and an off site mountainside gazebo at an additional charge. We love to customize our packages just for you. We can add an open air photo booth and or a cinamatographer to any package for an additional charge. Any weddings reserved will include a bartender in all packages except the Fire Fly, Red Rooster, Elopment and Butterfly.

Red Rooster Package

Whether you want to host a corporate event, engagement party, baby or bridal shower or just an informal or formal breakfast, this 3 hour package is for you. We offer free wifi and can host your event as early as 9 AM. If you would like to have a breakfast wedding, you can add $350-$600 (depending on guest count) onto this package. (Includes Reverend, coordinator, Bridal bouquet, tossing bouquet, 2 bridesmaid's bouquet and 3 boutonnieres) This package includes fresh fruit platters, danish and muffin platter and croissant and wraps with egg, cheese, apple wood smoked bacon, country ham and sausage platter. The Elopement Package

The total cost is $950. You can add a 2 hour professional photographer for $450 if you choose.

Please add 9.75% sales tax and a 5% kitchen and cleaning staff gratuity to each package. This does not include bartender or DJ tip. Each package that includes a bartender will include all cups and ice. The Bald Eagle, Black Bear and Elk packages will include mixers and trimmings in addition to cups and ice. Alcohol is NOT included. The bartender has an alcohol supplier available with pick up services for an additional fee. Each package includes pre-wedding planning with your wedding planner, wedding coordinator, Bartender, DJ, Reverend and Photographer. Food and drinks are served buffet style unless otherwise stated. A deposit of $1,000 is due for the Fire Fly through the Dragon Fly Packages to hold the reservation with the balance due 6 months prior. The Bald Eagle through Black Bear Packages require a 50% deposit due at time of reservation with the final payment due 90 days prior to event. All deposits are non-refundable. Flowers will be a seasonal choice. You may chose your colors. Special flowers may be special ordered for an additional cost but can't be guaranteed. Per our insurance and food safety concerns, we aren't permitted to give you leftovers.
